Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  
• Oversee showroom sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Ensure effective counter sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  
• Plan and execute material requirement planning (MRP) to maintain optimal stock levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Textile & Apparels as a Store Manager or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of store keeping, setup, and planning principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
  

Salary:

20000-30000 P/M
