Store Supervisor

Role & responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory restocking to avoid shortages, and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.

• Update inventory management systems with current stock data to reflect real-time availability.

• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal storage and accessibility, and ensure all products are properly labelled and stored in designated areas.

• assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.

• Efficiently process e-commerce orders, ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Collaborate closely with e-commerce to enhance operational efficiency, promptly addressing stock levels and product availability inquiries to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
