Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Implementation Manager to oversee the successful deployment and integration of ERPNext across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ERPNext, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless system transition and business process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute detailed project plans for ERPNext implementation.

- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirement.

- Coordinate with external vendors to procure and implement ERP solutions.

- Monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Facilitate integration between ERPNext and existing systems.

- Manage data migration processes and ensure data accuracy.

- Customize ERPNext modules to meet specific business needs.

- Configure settings to optimize system functionality.

- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.

- Develop documentation and support materials for users.

- Lead testing efforts to identify and resolve implementation issues.

- Ensure quality standards are met at each project milestone.

- Provide ongoing support to address technical and operational challenges.

- Continuously optimize ERP functionality based on user feedback.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Timely completion of ERPNext implementation projects within defined budgets.

- Seamless system integration with minimal operational disruptions.

- High user adoption rate through effective training and change management.

- Successful customization and configuration of ERP modules as per business requirements.

- Strong post-implementation support with minimal downtime or issues.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation experience, specifically with ERPNext.

- Certification in ERPNext implementation or related fields (preferred).

Skills :

- Proven expertise in project management, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Proficiency in data migration, systems integration, and ERP customization.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills Required :

- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, especially ERPNext.

- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in data migration and system integration.

- Strong understanding of business process mapping and reengineering.

- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with change management practices.
