We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERPNext system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERPNext, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Customize and configure ERPNext modules to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERPNext, including customization, scripting, and module development.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications :
- ERPNext certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant programming languages.
