We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media executive to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
1. Ideas, create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct regular market research and analyze industry trends to inform social media initiatives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaigns.
4. Ideate and create WhatsApp campaigns and emailers copy for the same based on industry trends
Content Creation and Curation
1. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (e.g., graphics, videos, captions) that resonate with target audiences.
2. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
3. Repurpose and reuse content across multiple social media platforms.
4. Actively scout relevant influencers and conduct collabs, polls and giveaways or celebrity coordination
Social Media Account Management
1. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn).
2. Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
3. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to create emailers, gifs etc
Community Engagement and Growth
1. Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions across social media platforms.
2. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify social media reach and impact.
3. Identify and capitalize on social media trends and opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting
1. Track and analyze social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
2. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including social media metrics, ROI, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Excellent content creation and curation skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics.
5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have
1. Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads.
2. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
4. Certifications in social media marketing, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification
Note: Candidates should be 15-20km radius dont wat candidate from far and should be easy for commuting
Days working- Mon- Fri (5 Days)
Timing- 10am to 6.30pm
Experience- Min 2 years in Social Media
