Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of innovative and functional interior designs.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and requirements, translating them into cohesive and visually appealing designs.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage interior design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other design professionals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design team members to integrate interior designs seamlessly into overall project plans.
- Space Planning: Develop detailed space plans, layouts, and design specifications, considering spatial efficiency and user experience.
- Material and Finish Selection: Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures to achieve the desired design aesthetic.
- Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
