Job Description
- Maintained all records and documentation of quality & Process related as per ISO Standard
- Handling customer complaints & Find out the root causes
- Inspecting and assuring the quality of in-house product
- Calibrating and updating & Monitoring testing equipment
- Inspection of raw material ordered for production
- Preparation of standard quality assurance plan (QAP) as per customer requirement
- Analysis of monthly inspection & Rejection data.
- Ensure the production targets are achieved with regard to both quantity and quality
- Checking the manufacturing operations & process, procedure, and maintaining records
- Implement the QA/QC management system
- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Maintaining 5S system in Industry
