SKILLS Sales Strategy and Planning - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team and monitor progress towards goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to help them achieve their targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
- Oversee sales operations and processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Implement sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to optimize sales performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Use market intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prior experience in CRM Software, MIS.
- Good communication skill
