Senior Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Oversee space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and other design elements.
• Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
• Manage interior design projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project implementation and address design-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and translating their needs into compelling designs.
• Lead client presentations and manage feedback to refine and finalize design solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and draftsmen, fostering skill development and creative growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive results.
• Ensure all design documentation, including drawings, material specifications, and schedules, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain consistency with company design standards and processes.
