Design Structural Engineer

• Provide inputs on all structural designs and drawings.
• Oversee the structural design phase of building projects from conception to completion.
• Maintain a log of all structural design changes and properly document the same.
• Design and check RCC structural elements such as raft foundations, columns, beams, slabs, water tanks etc. for all types of projects, including low and high-rise buildings.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Drive the exploration and implementation of innovative structural solutions, considering new materials, technologies, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure the application of sustainable and cost-effective design principles.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural requirements seamlessly into overall project design.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and precision of structural designs.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain the highest quality standards.

Education Qualification & Experience

• Applicants should be B.Tech/M. Tech (structures) from a reputed institution.
• Min 5 years Experience
• Managing Structural design for high-rise residential, Commercial Projects, Steel Structures, etc
• Hands-on experience of software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD PRO, AUTOCAD, ZWCAD, BIM 360, etc.
• Well Versed with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Good Knowledge of RCC and Steel Structure. Knowledge of Precast, Composite Structure will be an advantage
• Well Versed with all IS codes- 456, 875,1893, 13920, 16700, 800, etc. International code understanding will be an advantage
