• Technical Product Knowledge
• Understand the technical specifications, features, and applications of the products or services being marketed
• Translate technical information into compelling sales pitches and marketing materials
• Sales and Business Development:Identify potential clients, industries, or markets where technical products/services can be positioned and sold
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their technical inquiries and needs to facilitate sales
• Marketing Strategy Development:Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies and campaigns to promote technical products/services effectively
• Craft marketing content, presentations, and demonstrations that highlight the technical benefits and functionalities of the offerings
• Customer Engagement and Support:Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with potential customers
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, addressing customer queries and issues
• Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive products, and potential opportunities for growth
• Analyze market data to refine sales and marketing strategies for technical products/services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, coupled with business or marketing education or experience
• Previous experience in technical sales, preferably selling engineering, technology, or industrial products/services
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products/services being marketed
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
• Business acumen and sales-oriented mindset to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments
