Roles & Responsibilities

Cabin Stress Analysis:

Major activity is Interface Loads and Weight & CG report preparation, which includes:

• Detailed study of geometry (Drawings and 3D parts and list down the attachment points and weight)
• Creation of FE model for cabin interiors (Galley/Monuments)
• Assigning properties
• Creation of attachment points
• Application of loads
• FE analysis
• Interface load extraction
• CFD Simulation
• Creation Interface loads and Weight & CG report as per Airbus requirement
• Stress Justification and reporting as per Airbus standards

Expectations:

• Technical support will be provided and Training as required
• All the guidelines and specification documents will be provided
• Any failure in cabin structure must be discussed and proceed further
• Any information on FE idealization and application of Loads & Boundary conditions, if not specified in the document, must be discussed and proceed further
• It is important to note all the allowable and material properties are taken as per the manufacturer specific documents
• In case Low RF Tech Mahindra is expected to provide solution instead of just reporting it

Software:

• MSC Product/Altair Product
• Patran/Hypermesh/Hyperview for Pre and Post processing
• Nastran for solver
• MS-Word and MS-XL
