Job Description

Handle Customers Inbound and Outbound Calls. Solving Queries, Telling Them About Products / Offers / Services.

Contact potential clients through cold calls, WhatsApp and emails

Present our company to potential clients

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively and contribute to the team's performance.
