ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as a liaison between technical teams and management, understanding business drivers and requirements and translating them into technological solutions.
Designs and develops architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture and business unit s direction and standards.
Performs technical planning, architectural direction and implements standards.
Develops specifications for new products/services, applications, infrastructures and service offerings.
Assesses the compatibility and integration of technologies proposed in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
Understands the broader context of the technology vision, considering the overall interaction between components as well as the applicability of the technology within the problem domain.
Communicates a key set of decisions for meeting a target criteria, including the rationale, structure and strategy of each decision.
Serves as an advocate to stakeholders across various business functions ,advising on a range of topics from tactical day-to-day issues to broader, strategic technology initiatives.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Establishes system designs, data flow, interaction patterns, oversees detailed designs, feasibility studies, proof of concepts.
Interacts with senior software engineers on tactical, day-to-day operations, serving as a mentor or go-to person in at least one specialty or component.
Participates in moderately complex components of projects and develops a roadmap to incorporate industry best practices.
Assists with the development of project proposals related to one architecture domain (i.e., application, data, infrastructure).
Executes project plans in compliance with architecture, standards, policies, guidelines and key strategies.
Helps actualize design through specification and technical review; responsible for the implementation of architecture standards and procedures.
Ensures proper communication channels are established in a timely manner and ensures visibility to senior management on these mechanisms through periodic reporting.
Defines, documents and communicates all project deliverables effectively to necessary stakeholders.
Write technical documentation covering design, flow, limitations for features based on requirements from product.
Decomposes larger grain designs into Fibonacci-sized granular elements.
Decompose technical requirements into smaller deliverable tasks.
Provide estimates in Fibonacci series.
Inspects technical requirements for quality and accuracy.
Good understanding of the regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards when suggesting technical solutions.
Education and/or Experience
BE, BTech from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
