Mobile Application Developer

Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

Mobile Application Developers design, build, test and maintain both existing and new mobile and web applications collaboratively with other developers and teams. Mobile Application Developers are part of the team responsible for telehealth integrations, electronic visit verification, appointment reminder notification, and mobile client documentation across Streamlines mobile native and browser-based EHR platforms. Mobile Application Developers conduct technical, hands-on investigation of reported issues in customer environments and help to provide solutions and work-arounds to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile apps, web apps, interfaces and related software using Angular, C# and .NET
• Collaborate with other team members, business analysts, software developers, QA engineers, managers and customers
• Analyze requirements and user needs to develop software solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve support issues
• Manage assigned work on multiple projects using Agile development methodologies via Azure DevOps with minimal supervision
• Dedicate time to research and learn new technologies for keeping current with best practices, patterns and relevant technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Health Informatics. Other related fields may be considered in conjunction with comparable work experience
• 2+ years with a mobile development framework such as Flutter and Dart, PWA and Angular, or equivalent • Proficiency with C#, .NET Core and ASP.NET web development (MVC, Web Forms, Web API)
• Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns and Architecture Presentation Patterns (MVVM, MVC, MVU)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks (Angular, Bootstrap, JQuery, etc.)
• JSON, XML and APIs (REST)
• SQLite and/or SQL Server
• Unit testing (xUnit, nUnit)
• Expertise with debugging Android and iOS
• Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices including configuration
• Experience with Azure Notification Hubs or Google Firebase Console is a plus
• Experience in publishing apps to app stores is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and sharp attention to detail
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work and daily tasks
• Outstanding work ethic, drive, motivation and commitment to quality results
