Streak - UI/UX Designer - Adobe XD/Illustrator (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to craft seamless, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), and Figma, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring intuitive designs to life and enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI design systems.
• To adhere to style standards in typography and graphic design.
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, icons, graphic design, and style standards on typography to continuously improve user experiences.
• To Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• To Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• Should have Working knowledge of the related technologies and software that include Sketch, InVision, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Framer, Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Should be Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animations for interactive elements is a plus.

• Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to enhance user experience.
