✅ Prepare & verify MEP bills as per contract and site progress
✅ Handle BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and cost control
✅ Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors
✅ Ensure timely processing of invoices and payment certifications
✅ Maintain accurate records of work orders and bill reconciliations
