Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Own complete responsibility for client requests and reports; work with Customer Success Managers to understand the scope, structure, and delivery of the output within the timeline discussed.

- Manage tickets raised by clients, work with the relevant team to fix the issue within defined SLAs, and proactively research alternatives when the appropriate resource is unavailable.

- Actively maintain client dashboards and use data to analyze user behaviour, highlight accounts and users where intervention is required, and work with the account managers to ensure smooth operations with the accounts.

- Collaborate with CSMs to develop strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement on the platform.

- Review and evaluate client-facing materials, including emails, reports, and presentations, to ensure they meet our quality standards and align with our brand guidelines.

Requirements:

- Basic SQL skills are mandatory

- Timeline and process-driven while managing multiple customers, tasks, and projects

- Familiarity with data and experience in creating data-extensive reports

- Strong communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free final outputs.

- You thrive with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, sales, and marketing to drive client requirements

- Willingness to tackle things on your own

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

- Educational background in Engineering/Math/Economics preferred

- The candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current technology trends.
