Job Description :
1. Product Strategy :
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.
2. Product Development :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct regular product reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
3. Product Lifecycle Management :
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on products based on user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics.
4. Stakeholder Communication :
- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
5. Team Leadership :
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product development goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team.
Qualifications :
1. Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience (5 years) in product management, with a successful track record of delivering high-impact products.
3. Good experience in CX is mandatory
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
7. Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
