Team Leader - BPO Sales

Role :- Must be able to handle atleast 15 - 20 agents on floor

Experience:- should have experience of TL for atleast 6Month to1 year in BPO Sales

Process :- Tata capital personal loan, SCB Libilities etc.

Qualifications:- HSC or Graduate with decent English communication skills

They have well knowledge in Shrinkage, Attrition, Dialer, Attendance, Basic about TL KRA (Personal loan, home loan, business loan Current Account, Saving Account any sales process)

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Utilize various strategies to identify and generate leads for BPO services, such as cold calling, email marketing, or attending industry events.
Research potential clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
Sales and Client Relationship Building:
Develop and deliver presentations highlighting how BPO services can address client challenges and improve their efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure deals that are beneficial for both the client and the BPO company.
Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Understanding BPO Services:
Gain a thorough understanding of the BPO services offered by your company, such as customer service, back-office operations, data entry, or IT support.
Be able to tailor your sales pitch to the specific needs of each client.
