Full Stack Architect / Principal Architect - Java

Proven experience as a Full Stack Architect, Principal Architect, or similar role with over 10+ years of experience
Extensive experience with Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
Strong front-end development experience with framework like Angular
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform( elastic beanstalk , redis cache and aws rds Postgres)
Should have hands on experience on Draw.io architecture designing tool
Minimum 10 years of experience in coding with exceptional managerial abilities.
Can proactively identify opportunities for maximizing our customers business value
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and serverless computing. Experience in Camunda BPMN will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Define, design, and implement architectural solutions that meet business requirements and align with company strategy.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Lead the integration of front-end components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like Angular 2+ ) with back-end services.
Develop and implement strategies for cloud deployment, scalability, performance optimization, and security.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve the development process.
Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
Ensure that all developed solutions adhere to security standards and policies.
Proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Lead technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide ongoing technical consultation to clients, ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance
