Sr./Area Sales Manager (ASM)

This role requires deep, immersive experience in the Retail/Apparel/Hosiery Industry.

Sales Leadership:
Drive the Sales Function in a Territory/Area.
Own the business area and increase sales/revenue by fostering constructive relationships with sales executives, retailers, and distributors.
Customer & System Management:
Effectively resolve internal/external customer complaints.
Ensure smooth sales and service operations.
Strategic Planning:
Skilled in strategic planning to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
Create, analyze, interpret, and report sales data effectively to higher management.
Educational Qualification:
Degree: MBA/PGDBM

Reporting: Proven track record of effective reporting to a Regional Sales Manager with an ROI focus.

Functional Skills:
Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales in Retail/Apparel/Hosiery sectors.
Channel Development: Expertise in developing Distribution Channels for existing and new products.

Training & Education: Skilled at conducting training sessions for the sales team and measuring their impact.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to identify, appoint, and network with financially stable channel partners, leading to deeper market penetration.

Other Job Requirements:
