Functional Skills:
Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales in Retail/Apparel/Hosiery sectors.
Channel Development: Expertise in developing Distribution Channels for existing and new products.
Training & Education: Skilled at conducting training sessions for the sales team and measuring their impact.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to identify, appoint, and network with financially stable channel partners, leading to deeper market penetration.
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
Open communication style to address business continuity challenges.
High level of integrity and ability to lead by example.
Proven mentoring and team development skills.
Other Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
