Automation Control Practitioner

?Immediate Hiring Automation Control Practitioner | Full-Time | Permanent | Mumbai

We are looking for an Automation Control Practitioner with 7.5+ years of experience in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automation process controls, engineering configurations, and enhancing operational efficiency through industry design practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in automation control systems
Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation process controls
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making
Provide solutions across teams for enhanced operational efficiency
Develop and maintain design specifications and automation configurations
Create and improve engineering drawings for process optimization

Primary Skills (Must-Have):
Oracle Service Cloud Field Service Management (Expert-level proficiency)
Strong understanding of automation systems & process controls
Experience with industry design practices & engineering configurations
Hands-on expertise in creating and developing design specifications
Knowledge of workflow automation and field service operations

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience in SCADA, PLC, and IoT-based automation
Understanding of AI/ML integration in automation processes
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, VBA, or equivalent)
Knowledge of cloud-based automation solutions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Additional Information:
Experience: Minimum 7.5+ years in Automation Process Control & Field Service Management

Education: 15 years full-time education required
