ServiceNow Developer

Work Mode: Remote

Time Shift: 7 PM - 3 AM or 7 PM - 4 AM IST)
Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable)
Note: Shortlisted candidate required to visit our client's location in Mohali for an initial 2-week orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
Focus on Sales Order Management, ITSM (IT Service Management), and Change Management modules.
Collaborate on the integration and development of mobile applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience in Sales Order Management within ServiceNow.
Solid understanding of ITSM and Change Management processes.
Experience in mobile app development on ServiceNow is a plus.
Ability to work independently during late hours, supporting clients in different time zones.

Experience with Python and PyTest framework. amiliarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Software quality engineering.n API/UI test automation (preferably with PyTest).
