Oracle CC&B and MDM Consultant

Key Requirements:
Primary Skills:

Strong expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM).
Proficient in configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle CC&B and MDM modules.
Additional Skills:

Understanding of utilities business processes and best practices.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues in Oracle CC&B and MDM.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Knowledge of integration with third-party systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, and support Oracle CC&B and MDM solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and testing for enhancements and bug fixes.
Provide support during production go-live and post-go-live phases.
Participate in client discussions and provide technical expertise.
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
