KeyResponsibilities
TaxTraining: Conduct training sessions on UK and US tax laws, compliance, and filing processes.
TaxReturns: Guide candidates in preparing and filing UK tax returns (CT600, VAT, PAYE Rebate, R&D Tax Claims) and US tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065).
MAdjustments: Explain M-Adjustments and reconciliation of net income & retained earnings.
HMRCSupport & IRSCompliance: Provide knowledge on HMRC and IRS compliance regulations.
Bookkeeping: Train candidates on bookkeeping and VAT filing for UK tax.
SoftwareTraining: Teach the use of tax software like Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, and accounting tools.
ClientManagement: Educate on client handling and tax advisory best practices.
SkillsRequired
ProfessionalQualification: ACCA, CPA, or equivalent tax certification preferred.
TaxExpertise: Strong knowledge of UK and US tax legislation, VAT, income tax, corporate tax.
Communication: Ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to learners.
AnalyticalSkills: Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
