Integration Engineer - MuleSoft (7-9 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer with expertise in MuleSoft and Camel frameworks, along with the ability to build containerised applications on AWS using Java. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect various systems and applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft and Camel frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Build and configure integration flows using MuleSoft/Camel, APIs, and connectors to enable seamless data exchange between systems.

- Develop custom components, transformers, and adapters to meet specific integration needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration processes, ensuring high system availability and performance.

- Containerise applications using Docker and deploy them on AWS ECS or EKS.

- Utilise AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda to build scalable and reliable applications.

- Build pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery.

- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in integration technologies, AWS services, and containerisation techniques.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Integration Engineer, preferably with expertise in MuleSoft and Camel frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and experience with building Java-based applications.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft Any point Platform or Apache Camel.

- Familiarity with AWS services and experience in deploying containerised applications on AWS ECS or EKS.

- Solid understanding of containerisation concepts and hands-on experience with Docker.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification.

- Experience with other integration platforms such as Apache Kafka.

- Knowledge of micro services architecture and RESTful API design principles.

- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
