Chief Engineer_ Experience must Be in Textile Industry

• Preparation of shift plan as per availability of manpower & need of maintenance and allocation of team for timely and quality maintenance.
• Seek next month preventive maintenance schedule from team (Dying, Printing & Utility) latest by 25 th of every month.
• Discuss and finalise the schedule by discussing the observations.
• Ensure timely maintenance as per the defined schedule and in case of any deviation, take report on it.
• Support & Guide team member as and when required for timely maintenance/ trouble-shoot.
• Liaison with departmental head for maintenance-related queries or operational guidance.
• Understand the new development concerns from management
• Ensure all the readings related to maintenance are updated on regular basis by concern team.
• Analyse the readings, identify the scope of improvement/ updation required and prioritise the same as per the urgency.
• Prepare projection and present the same to the management.
• Post approval of management; coordinate for designs and installation consultants/ agencies to understand on-site requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of activities suggested by the consultants/ agencies.
• Source the vendors for civil work, prepare the comparision sheet and discuss the same with management.
• Seek for approval from management by regular follow-up, discuss the deadline and plan with vendor and ensure timely completion as per the commitment.
• Liaison with concern government authorities for concern approvals.
• Ensure proper testing of material while receiving from vendor and in case any query observed
• discuss and solve the same by coordinate with vendor.
• Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality. Ensure health and safety policies are followed by all the team.
• Support in recruitment and selection process (screening, interviewing, selection etc.).
• Discuss the manpower requirement with management, fill MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) form, take consent of management and submit to HR team for further recruitment process.
• Prepare training calendar for maintenance team of a whole year.
• Plan & schedule training for the maintenance to the down-line team on time-to-time basis.
• Initiate maintenance related audit, prepare report accordingly, discuss the observation with
