Process Excellence Analyst

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Champion quality-centric practices throughout the software development

lifecycle.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality considerations into

design and development activities.

• Facilitate process improvements and promote best practices to enhance software

deliverable robustness.

• Analyze software development processes and identify areas for optimization.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance

strategies.

• Mentor and guide teams on quality-focused methodologies and principles.

• Monitor and report on key quality metrics to track progress and identify trends.

• Drive the adoption of industry best practices and standards related to software

development processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine quality objectives.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality consciousness.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software development or a related field.

• Strong understanding of CMMI and Agile methodologies.

• Proven ability to influence and drive process improvements.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with quality management systems and tools like JIRA, Devops 

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
