Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from job requisition to onboarding
Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements
Implement effective talent acquisition strategies
This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Identify and develop sourcing pools, i

Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Publish Recruitment Dashboard

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor s degree from an reputed college or university
Minimum 12 years experience in HR with a minimum of 10 years directly handling recruitment as an individual contributor
Strong proficiency in English (Written & Spoken)
Experience working on an ATS is highly preferable
