Minimum 8 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll.
Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementations for SAP/EC US Payroll.
Should have worked as an SME for US payroll.
Experience in - SAP payroll configuration from Gross payroll to Net Payroll (US taxation)
Experience with BSI tax factory and tax configuration
Garnishments Configuration
Third party remittance, Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration
Off-cycle payroll definition and processing
Tax Reporter configuration
Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI,
Experience in creating and defining custom operations and rules
Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Time Management
Experience in SAP Benefits configuration
Experience in SAP Time Module
Experience with Yearend activities, Open Enrollment, and support packs implementation,
Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience executing parallel payroll testing
Extensive experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country
Willing to work US Hours Shift
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
