  • Prior experience in handling Institutional Business ideally in the Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances or Corporate Gifting Industry.
  • Should have existing relationships in the channel top distributors for the corporate business, Relationship with Purchase Managers, HR & Marketing Managers in Corporates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have a strong understanding of business commercials and Product development in the Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances and corporate gifting business)

# Introduction of new categories to corporate house
# Repeat customer % & Average Transactions
# Payments collections

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Identifies and cultivates prospects and/or clients
• Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
• Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutions/corporates.
• Leverages the organizations relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and
executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
• Develops and maintains relationships with sub-advisors and consultants.
• Acts as a liaison to ensure active, enthusiastic support of
the sales and marketing process.
• Collaborates with various teams ( Finance/Merchandising/Warehouse/Logistics/marketing) for effective order execution
