Job Description

The Institutional Sales Manager will lead all institutional sales efforts across West Region with a particular focus on the HoReCa market. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader with deep expertise in the home and kitchen appliance industry and a proven track record in institutional sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting institutional clients in the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, catering, commercial kitchens) across the West region.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Market Analysis & Growth: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for sales growth and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations with institutional clients to secure favorable contracts, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on objectives and ensure timely delivery of products and services to institutional clients.
