Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizational Information
Reporting to: Director/ Head OD
Travel: 25% (approximately)
- Consistent delivery of training modules.
- Research and Content Development as per the requirement
- Training Need analysis to build programs
- Account Management and Client relationship management.
- Attend client meetings as required
- Support OD Initiatives as required.
REQUIRED:
- A postgraduate degree from a recognized university / MBA is preferred.
- An attitude to help others succeed.
- Presentation and training delivery competence.
- Exposure to deliver training modules using competency framework as a basis for training and development.
- Must have delivered soft skill training programs to Corporates at Middle and Senior management levels for a minimum of eight years. A total experience not less than fifteen years
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and email/proposal writing skills
- Openness to learn; a passion for understanding people and businesses.
DESIRED:
- Knowledge of the Training industry.
- Certification on Psychometric Tools
- Ability to facilitate outbound and lawn based Team building sessions
- Demonstrated ability to reprioritize workload under short deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Exposure to managing stakeholders and conducting a consulting discussion
- Able to deal with a high-pressure dynamic environment undergoing constant change.
