Technical and Training Head HVAC

• Develop strategy to achieve deep technical expertise in technical service
• Build and streamline technical service organization and partnerships in

accordance with the strategy

• Responsible for design of systems, processes and policies related to products

and their technical requirements

• Planning and management for spares availability from factories
• Design, implement and review reports for better monitoring of technical service

processes

• Leverage use of technology for maximizing technical service efficiency use of

CRM/other tools to assist in technical support delivery

• Develop technical product expertise for all product SKU’s and understand their

functioning, operating, servicing requirements

• Implementation of systems and processes to train, manage pre-installation,

installation and service operations

• Coordination for training and service support with global technical service

support and service technicians

• Training and capability building for installation, commissioning and servicing of

the service engineers, enablers, installers and franchisees

• Develop a warranty policy in line with local regulations and requirements
• Develop the extended warranty and the annual maintenance contracts ( AMC)
• Repair and service management process needs to be implement with authority

/escalation matrix for approvals

• Prepare/update technical training presentations across product categories

• Prepare a training calendar and implement the same for service engineers,

enablers, installers and franchisees

• Roll out training and certification program – for internal team, enablers,

installers, franchisees and consultant/contractors

• Customer relationship management

• Strong knowledge of Electricity, Heat Pumps, HVAC, Chillers, Hot Water systems

• Excellent technical issues diagnostics and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills for training and collaboration.

• Strong customer relationship management skills

• Strong understanding of design softwares

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint and CRM

• Management of technical department /organization in earlier roles
