SrDot Network Engineer

Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Provide high-level maintenance and update of existing systems to improve functionality and process flow

Provide solutions to overcome complex problems in system deployment and maintenance

Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation of system technical architecture, code changes, issue resolutions and procedures

NOC Engineer : Gurgaon (Work from office) Provide proactive and scheduled console monitoring of Data Centre infrastructure and Systems (e.g., hardware, network, batch schedule, Interfaces, table spaces), respond to messages and take corrective action Develop and maintain standard automated scripts to ensure the monitoring on Customer Infrastructure, Applications and Systems Software

Provide troubleshooting and escalation of problems in the Data Centre computing environment Provide preventative measures, proactive monitoring, and system self-healing capabilities to prevent Outages that impact the Services Identify and report Problems including system, file, disk, application, and network printer Problems Resolve or assist in Resolving System Problems in accordance with Service Level Agreements Skills Experience : Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in working as an NOC engineer. Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.

Knowledge of server hardware systems including Dell Blade, UCS, and HP systems.

Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure
