Cross functional collaboration to align functional/project plan with overall AOP.

Monitor Portfolio/ Project progress (across time, cost, quality, and risk)

Prepare MIS/Presentation for CEO/MD/Chairman review

Identify operational risks, ensure compliance and do crisis management

Travel to Project Sites
