Job Description: The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives for Sterling Hospitals. This role will require a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in business development. The CGO will play a critical role in expanding the hospital's market share, increasing revenue, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a zonal sales strategy aligned with the hospital's overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through effective management of Doctor's Relations, Corporate Relations, Insurance & TPA Relations, and New Business Development.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Doctor Recruitment:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive doctor recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting and retaining top talent across all specialties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading medical professionals in the region.
- Negotiate and finalize employment contracts with doctors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee the onboarding and orientation of new doctors.
Doctor Engagement:
- Develop and implement programs to enhance doctor satisfaction and engagement.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all medical professionals.
- Regularly gather feedback from doctors and address their concerns.
Sales Channel Management (Trade, TPA, Corporate, Others):
- Oversee the management of key referral channels, including corporate clients, TPAs (Third-Party Administrators), and visiting consultant networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients and TPAs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade partnerships.
Branding & Digital Marketing:
- Lead and oversee the hospital's branding and marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new patients.
- Manage the hospital's social media presence and online reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Community Connect & Engagement:
- Design and implement community outreach programs that align with the hospital's mission and values.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and other community engagement activities to build trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with local organizations, NGOs, and government bodies to address public health needs and create a positive impact.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the hospital network.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the hospital's service offerings and geographic reach.
- Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare providers.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
