Designation - General Manager - Internal Audit

Reporting To CFO

Location - Corporate Office - Chennai

Experience - 7-8 years of experience

Qualification - CA with commercial acumen

Overall Responsibility :

- Leadership role for the Internal Audit function of the company.

- Devising Internal Control Framework and ensuring a full audit cycle across Resorts & Membership

Business via audit firms at multiple locations.

- Conducting audit controls for corporate office functions.

- Ensuring compliance with ICFR during statutory audits.

- Risk assessment and remedial measures independently.

- Compliance checks for statutory matters, licenses, tax, and regulatory adherence.

- Standardizing documented processes across 60+ resorts (3300+ rooms).

- Coordinating audit findings with stakeholders, management, and the Board.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Establish internal controls and documented processes across all locations.

- Independently review Internal & Statutory Auditors' work to ensure ICFR & compliance.

- Develop annual audit plans and oversee execution.

- Conduct random audit checks at different locations.

- Ensure regulatory, tax, and statutory compliance across all locations with zero deviations.

- Monitor capital expenditure & special R&M projects, ensuring ROI as per business cases.

- Audit ERP (Oracle NetSuite), PMS, and CRM (Salesforce) for IT and interface controls.

- People Management - Conduct training programs on internal controls and compliance across the organization.
