Job Overview:

Sterling Hospital, Vadodara, is looking for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide high-quality patient care and ensure smooth medical operations in the hospital. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background and a commitment to patient safety and care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care and handle emergencies in coordination with consultants and senior doctors.
• Monitor and manage admitted patients, ensuring timely treatment as per consultant directives.
• Assist in emergency medical procedures, including resuscitation, stabilization, and critical care management.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment updates.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other medical professionals to ensure efficient patient care.
• Perform minor medical procedures and assist in surgeries or critical care as required.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control policies, and medical ethics.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and consultants regarding patient progress.
• Participate in clinical discussions, case presentations, and hospital training programs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols and patient care standards.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation practices.
