Sr. Manager/ Manager

(1) Preparation and Audit of Standalone and Consolidated financial under INDAS.

(2) Review of Subsidiaries and other financials on Monthly basis under IGaap and INDAS

(3) Preparation of Monthly MIS and Balance sheet and responsible for review with Management.

(4) Lead Account Payable Department and responsible for smooth business operation

(5) Complete Tax Audit, Internal Audit and Stat audit along with co-ordinate with other departments, auditors and other stake holders

(6) Verification of XBRL of Holding and Subsidiaries companies, Review of Fixed Assets, Review of vendor advances, Review of payments and monthly vendor ageing and Petty cash.

(7) Control over INDAS workings and responsible for new developments pertains to INDAS which impact the company.

(8) Handling Various IT and Automation projects pertains to payable including Bank payments automations.

(9) Assist and follow up with other departments to ensure timely monthly and yearly closure of books of accounts.

(10) Resolution of Queries of Auditors ( Internal , IFC and Statutory) and Management pertains to MIS and Financials.

(11) Custodian of General ledger and monthly scrutinise of all line items of Trial balance in Financials to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.

(12) Validation of Printed financials for Holding and Consolidated financials

(13) Responsible for any other work assign by Management pertains to Payable , Tax ( both Direct and Indirect), Treasury , Fixed Assets and etc…

(14) SPOC for Payable team to resolution of any operational queries by concern stakeholders.
