Key Responsibilities:

Healthcare Background will be preferred

1. Employee Support:
   
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Guide employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
   
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and introduction to company policies.
• Oversee the offboarding process for resignations and terminations, ensuring proper exit procedures are followed.
3. Employee Records Management:
   
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
4. Policy & Procedure Enforcement:
   
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure that employees understand and follow them.
• Provide support in conducting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
5. Employee Engagement:
   
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to enhance employee morale and culture.
• Collect feedback from employees and provide insights to HR leadership to improve workplace initiatives.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
   
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, including attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
• Assist in tracking and reporting key HR metrics.
7. Collaboration with HR Team:
   
• Work closely with HR managers and other team members to support HR projects, such as performance appraisals, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
