Territory Manager - Pharma Sales - Injectable - Critical Care Segment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
  
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing ones, and increase market share in the critical care segment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., medical representatives, distributors) to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on injectables or related fields such as primary/secondary sales/territory development/sales & marketing.
  
• Bachelor's degree in B.Pharma or B.Sc from an accredited institution.
  
• Strong understanding of domestic sales principles including BDE/BDM roles; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
