Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Achieve sales targets for industrial products (e.g., machinery, raw materials, tools, equipment).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, construction, chemicals, etc.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Regularly meet and liaise with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Manage key accounts and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

• Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential growth areas.
• Gather market intelligence and report insights to the management team.

• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated with technical specifications, benefits, and potential applications of the products.
• Train and educate clients about the technical features and uses of the company's industrial products.

• Sales Administration:
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
