Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize & Automate: Partner with teams to develop smarter, more efficient workflows that enhance productivity.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse performance data, identify trends, and extract key insights to drive improvements.
• Process Innovation: Design and refine technical solutions that align with business goals and boost operational efficiency.
• Quality & Accuracy: Participate in testing and validation to ensure the seamless rollout of new systems and workflows.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with process managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage feedback and analytics to fine-tune processes and maximize impact.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in product management, business operations, or a related technical role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to recognize patterns, diagnose inefficiencies, and craft data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and collaborate across teams.
• Detail-Oriented & Agile: A proactive, structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
