BPO Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BPO Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, very good proficiency in American English, and a strong background in customer service. As a BPO Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist Patients  with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently for the offices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Resolve Patient issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with Patients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Excellent communication skills in American English, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
