About Role and Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and
following up on leads.
• Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per
email / call.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Providing Quotations to the customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Requirements:
• Should have good academic record with minimum Graduate qualification.
• Having minimum 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Should have good English, Energetic & good intelligence level.
