Senior Sales Executive

Stellar's International Academy of Cosmetology & Excellence is looking for passionate candidates who can drive admission sales for our courses. Candidate must be interested in the academic trends in the industry and willing to research and contribute to the sales strategies while achieving the batch targets. Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve batch targets
• Identify and engage potential clients in the cosmetology / aesthetics industry including colleges, educational institutions and clinical practitioners.
• Conduct course explainers to interested and potential clients/ students
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure proactive communication via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Stay up-to-date with aesthetic industry academic trends through market research and competitor activities.
• Educate clients on the benefits and applications of our offerings.
• Provide feedback and insights to management regarding client needs and market demands.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our project managment software.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the network and represent Stellar's International Academy both nationally and Internationally.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in educational sales, academic course coordinators, course counsellors, preferably
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets by driving revenue growth and work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyse aesthetic industry trends and market dynamics.
• A team player with a proactive approach and strong organisational skills.
