Sap Gts Consultant

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist in the configuration and implementation of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their trade compliance and customs requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
3. Support system configuration, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with trade regulations.
4. Help in managing import/export processes, including customs declarations and duty calculations.
5. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on SAP GTS functionalities.
6. Collaborate with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with other business processes.
7. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations, processes, and modifications related to SAP GTS.
8. Monitor the effectiveness of the SAP GTS module and identify opportunities for improvements or upgrades.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of SAP GTS modules and trade compliance processes.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
6. Desire to work in an information systems environment.
7. Basic understanding of supply chain procurement domain.
