Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced B2B Operations Manager to join our team and drive the operational efficiency of our mobility, logistics, and e-commerce services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing B2B operations and possess a strong understanding of the logistics and e-commerce ecosystems. This role will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of services.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of B2B mobility, logistics, and e-commerce services, ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective deliveries.
Manage and streamline operations for multiple B2B clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, tech, customer support, and finance) to ensure a seamless service experience.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for operational queries and issues, providing timely solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Regularly review service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics with clients to ensure alignment with expectations.
Supply Chain & Logistics Optimization:
Implement and optimize supply chain strategies, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Oversee inventory management, order processing, transportation, and last-mile delivery logistics to meet client expectations.
Develop and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes, identifying bottlenecks and solutions.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze and report on operational performance, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, order accuracy, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Use insights to refine operations, optimize routes, and improve service delivery.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement process improvements or automation to drive efficiency.
Drive the adoption of technology solutions that support operational excellence, such as fleet management systems or order tracking platforms.
Ensure smooth implementation of new processes, tools, or systems across the team.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Manage a team of operations executives and support staff, providing guidance and mentoring for skill development and performance improvement.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture focused on delivering excellence in B2B operations.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure operational readiness and alignment with client needs and service proposals.
Vendor & Partner Management:
Coordinate with third-party vendors and logistics partners to ensure that delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
Monitor vendor performance and negotiate terms to optimize cost, service quality, and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and policies, including safety and data security requirements.
Identify and manage potential risks associated with supply chain and logistics operations, taking steps to mitigate them.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelorâs degree in business administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B operations, with a focus on mobility, logistics, or e-commerce.
Skills:
Strong operational management skills, with a focus on B2B services.
Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and last-mile delivery.
Experience with data analytics and performance measurement.
Proficiency in using ERP and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of e-commerce, logistics, and mobility sectors.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Expertise in process improvement and cost optimization strategies.
